She is 5'6", has golden blonde
hair, turquoise eyes, and is 29 years old. She is the
youngest child of Matty and Chip Morton. She is a graduate
of the U.S. Naval Academy and is still on active service,
but has been posted, on loan from the Navy, to the NIMR.
Her choice of career path was
also Submarine Service, like that of her father and sister.
She is working on a doctorate in Marine Bio-electronics,
taking courses at the University of California at Santa
Barbara. At the Institute, she helped create, and now
heads, the newly created Bio-electronics lab, and she has
several projects already in use on the boat and at the
Institute as well. She is a trained pilot, having been
trained at Miramar.
She also was a member of the
design team for the new flying submersibles that are berthed
on the boat.
She is not a member of the crew
of the Nelson, choosing instead to remain at the
Labs, to enable the projects to go further, rather than
leaving them for missions on the boat. |
